Bollocks for Christmas...
Seriously for uno momento - I just cannot continue to fund
this column and site at the expense of our drinking money.
I mean seriously can you believe over three thousand visitors
have hit the Rancidass shop in
the last three months and I've only sold one mug, and that
was to my own brother! Buy something
now or f*** off from my column.
Well onto the big news story - we've had to move servers.
In mid-December our stupid "Celebrity
Secret Santa" game and the "Rancid
Xmas eCards" got listed on several other sites
and got our ISP's knickers all in a knot. We did a quick
upgrade (fifty quid) just to keep them happy but this lasted
all of one week before they were getting well pissed off
and threatened to terminate our account if we didn't stop
"the level of traffic" - as if we had any control
over it. So all day Sunday (well while the local was shut)
we moved into our new home and set up our shit and here
we are - all sparkling and new, ready for 2003 and our escalation
into the big time as the "Connoisseur's site of shite".
Any way had enough of this so heading off for the festive
(yeah really) season. Hope ye all catch something and see
you in the new year. Tossers.
