Where
have we been?
Well
fat heads, welcome to my latest column, it's been a long
time coming due to protracted legal negotiations and frantic
attempts to keep rancidass financially viable (which it
is not).
We
have not been able to update the site for a while due
to lack of technical resource, our programmers having
moved on to pasture new (well let's be honest here pastures
with financial stability) and we've struggled along barely
able to make our hosting payments. Not that I'm bitter
but if just one of you tossers would buy
some funky rancidass gear it would certainly have
helped keep the f****ng vultures at bay. Anyway I am currently
in talks with a skinny bird called Mary about financial
backing and potentially making way for a new editor and
CEO for this pile of old shite.
The
good news is that we've managed to get a slight advance
from our new potential backer and we have a couple of
crappy new features in the pipeline. I hope to have our
first one ready to launch along with this column and another
in late August. If we can secure Mary's cash for a while
we may even have a bumper Xmas version of the site for
2003 - let's hope without some of the hosting funding
problems from last year!
